Dr. Jamal Al Rahbi has participated in many workshops and training seminars, locally and internationally, which covered various fields such as preliminary investigation, litigation before all levels of courts, and military judiciary. These workshops included various topics such as money laundering, juvenile cases, labor law, consumer protection, drugs, and public funds. In addition, Dr. Jamal contributed to several legal committees, and participated in representing the Sultanate in international conferences. He also delivered many legal lectures and provided various training courses in the same field, reflecting his extensive experience and commitment to developing the legal field.

He worked in the field of law in Jordan from 2000 to 2005. He worked as a legal advisor in Saudi Arabia and for several other companies in the Gulf States. He was also a legal advisor to the Oman Electricity Transmission Company (one of the Nama Holding Group companies) in the Sultanate of Oman. He has 20 years of experience in the field of specialized legal consulting, reviewing and preparing corporate policies. He has extensive legal experience in the field of energy sector, infrastructure contracts and partnership contracts. He specializes in engineering contracting contracts, energy law and commercial companies law. He provides specialized advice in engineering contracting (EPC) disputes for infrastructure projects, public utilities and construction.

Dr. Nasser Al Balushi has over 27 years of experience working with the Royal Oman Police. He has worked in the Legal Affairs Department, Accidents Department, and Criminal Investigation Department. He has experience in planning traffic accidents and check cases, and has worked as a lawyer before disciplinary, military, and civil courts. In addition, Dr. Nasser has participated in many legal programs for our clients. We are confident that his extensive experience will add great value to our team.

Muslim has worked in the Royal Oman Police for over 28 years, holding various positions in the areas of criminal investigation, negotiation, and traffic accident planning. Muslim has high skills in drafting documents and legal analysis, which enhances his ability to provide accurate and effective legal advice. His extensive and diverse experience makes him a valuable addition to our team.

Sultan has worked in the Royal Oman Police for more than 28 years. Sultan has extensive experience in fire investigations, insurance cases, and traffic accidents. In addition, he has attended numerous training workshops and seminars inside and outside the Sultanate, which enhances his experience and skills. We are confident that Sultan’s joining our team will enhance our ability to provide the best legal services to our clients.

International College of Engineering and Management

Mohammed is a graduate of the International College of Engineering and Management with a major in Fire Engineering, and brings with him extensive experience in testing and installing fire protection equipment requirements.

The engineer has in-depth knowledge of the requirements and stipulations of the Civil Defense and Ambulance Authority in the Sultanate of Oman, in addition to the Unified Gulf Code for Civil Protection and the British Code for Safety and Security Requirements and has been working in this field for more than 15 years.

The addition of Engineer Mohammed Al-Maawali to our team fleet will enhance the confidence of our customers and increase our capabilities in providing comprehensive safety and security solutions according to the highest standards. We are confident that we will benefit from his expertise and specializations in serving our customers.

Ali has extensive experience of more than 33 years in customs issues during his work in the General Directorate of Customs in the Sultanate of Oman. He currently works as a consultant specialized in tariffs, the Harmonized System and customs procedures at the office of Dr. Jamar Al Rahbi for Law and Legal Consultations.

Afnan specializes in legal research and corporate law. She has a solid educational foundation with a commitment to legal excellence. Afnan has undergone training at the Public Prosecution and the Court of First Instance in Rustaq and has acquired skills and knowledge through research and legislation that assist our corporate clients in policy making to keep them up to date with all changes in Omani laws and regulations. She currently works as an assistant at Dr. Jamal Al Rahbi Law Firm and Legal Consultancy.
